DSF has been instrumental in reaching my PR goals in powerlifting. I am excited to start implementing cardio equipment like the stairmaster to start dropping body weight. - Any tips for current or prospective members?
Members and staff are all very friendly and helpful. So if you see them (or myself) don't be afraid to ask for a spot or technique tips! Also, have fun and try new machines! (Safely) - Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
